Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Vocabug, published by Rovshan Garayev. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the applicable platform-store terms.

1. The app

Vocabug is a vocabulary puzzle game for personal, non-commercial use. It is a learning aid and entertainment product, not a certified language course, examination or guarantee of a particular learning outcome.

2. Licence

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Vocabug on compatible devices you own or control, subject to the applicable platform rules. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Purchases

The free download includes trial content in every CEFR band. The full-game unlock is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the platform store. Billing, refund eligibility, family sharing and restoration are governed by the store’s policies. Prices may vary by storefront, tax and region.

4. Vocabulary content

We work to keep words, senses and translations useful and accurate, but language is contextual and changes over time. Vocabug does not guarantee that every entry fits every regional, specialist or conversational context. Suspected issues may be reported to info@rovshan.org.

5. Availability and updates

We may correct content, adjust compatibility, improve features or discontinue a platform version. We do not promise uninterrupted availability on every device or future operating-system version. Core content is designed to work offline, while purchases and restoration depend on the platform store.

6. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocabug is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free content. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Platform terms

For downloads from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms also apply. Where those mandatory terms conflict with this page, the mandatory platform terms control.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect app, legal or platform changes. The new effective date will appear at the top of this page.
